Beauty and the Bots Show | Attendee Terms & Conditions
Beauty and the Bots Show
Attendee Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 6, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING, PURCHASING TICKETS FOR, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN ANY LIVE THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE, ASSOCIATED EVENT, PRE-SHOW ACTIVATION, POST-SHOW RECEPTION, OR ANY OTHER PROGRAMMING PRESENTED, PRODUCED, CO-PRODUCED, OR OTHERWISE FACILITATED BY BEAUTY AND THE BOTS SHOW (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “EVENT” OR “EVENTS”). BY ATTENDING, PURCHASING A TICKET, ACCEPTING A COMPLIMENTARY TICKET, REGISTERING, OR BY VIRTUE OF PHYSICAL PRESENCE AT ANY SUCH EVENT, YOU (“ATTENDEE”) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION.
FAILURE TO READ THESE TERMS IN FULL DOES NOT EXEMPT THE ATTENDEE FROM THEIR APPLICABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ANY ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE, OBTAIN, OR USE A TICKET AND MUST NOT ATTEND ANY EVENT.
1. Definitions and Interpretive Provisions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, and unless context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply with full legal force and effect:
• “Agreement” shall mean and refer to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, inclusive of any schedules, appendices, addenda, amendments, modifications, restatements, or supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference, whether now existing or hereafter adopted.
• “Attendee” shall mean any natural person, whether adult or minor (with applicable guardian consent), who enters, attempts to enter, or is present within any venue or premises at which an Event is held, regardless of whether such person holds a valid ticket or was granted complimentary access.
• “Event” shall mean any and all live theatrical performances, rehearsals open to the public, workshops, readings, immersive experiences, post-show discussions, receptions, previews, press nights, gala performances, benefit performances, touring engagements, pop-up activations, or any other programming produced, co-produced, hosted, or presented under the banner of Beauty and the Bots Show, whether ticketed or otherwise.
• “Beauty and the Bots Show,” “we,” “us,” or “our” shall mean the production company, organization, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other legal entity operating under the name “Beauty and the Bots Show,” including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, licensees, co-producers, and affiliated entities.
• “Ticket” shall mean any instrument of entry, including but not limited to physical printed tickets, electronic/digital tickets, mobile barcodes, QR codes, RFID wristbands, guest list confirmations, press credentials, artist or industry passes, and complimentary vouchers, that grants or purports to grant the right of admission to an Event.
• “Venue” shall mean the physical premises, building, outdoor space, temporary structure, or any other location in or at which an Event takes place, including all ancillary areas such as lobbies, foyers, restrooms, concession areas, backstage corridors accessible to attendees, parking structures, and adjacent outdoor spaces under the operational control of the Venue operator.
• “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Beauty and the Bots Show, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, governmental action or restriction, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, power failure, fire, flood, or the unavailability of key personnel due to illness, injury, or death.
Any reference in these Terms to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to “including” shall be construed as “including without limitation.”
2. Acceptance of Terms and Binding Effect
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding, enforceable agreement between the Attendee and Beauty and the Bots Show. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Ticket, or by attending any Event, the Attendee represents and warrants that: (i) they have read these Terms in full; (ii) they possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (iii) if acting on behalf of a minor, they are the lawful parent or legal guardian of said minor and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf; and (iv) they agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation, modification, or condition.
Beauty and the Bots Show reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, supplement, restate, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective upon publication to Beauty and the Bots Show’s official website, social media channels, or other communication platforms. The Attendee’s continued attendance at Events following any such modification constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Attendee’s sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Beauty and the Bots Show shall bear no liability whatsoever for an Attendee’s failure to review updated Terms.
These Terms are entered into in addition to, and not in lieu of, any terms and conditions imposed by the Venue operator, third-party ticketing platforms, or applicable law. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Venue-specific terms, the more restrictive provision shall govern, unless otherwise determined by Beauty and the Bots Show in its sole discretion.
3. Tickets, Admission, Entry, and Access Rights
Possession of a valid Ticket is a prerequisite — but not an unconditional guarantee — of admission to any Event. Beauty and the Bots Show and its authorized representatives reserve all rights with respect to admission and may, in their sole discretion, refuse entry or remove any person from the Venue for any reason consistent with applicable law. The following conditions apply to all Tickets and shall be deemed incorporated into and forming part of the consideration exchanged for each Ticket:
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the specific Ticket type or applicable law expressly permits transfer. Any purported transfer, resale, auction, barter, or assignment of a Ticket — whether for profit, at face value, or below face value — without the express prior written consent of Beauty and the Bots Show is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of the Ticket, refusal of entry, or ejection from the Venue, in each case without refund or compensation of any kind.
• Tickets must be presented at the point of entry in their original format — either as a physical printed document or as a valid, unaltered digital/mobile ticket displaying a scannable barcode or QR code — for admission to be granted. Screenshots, photocopies, or otherwise reproduced Tickets may be rejected at the sole discretion of Beauty and the Bots Show or Venue staff.
• Lost, stolen, misplaced, destroyed, or otherwise unavailable Tickets shall not be replaced under any circumstances. Beauty and the Bots Show accepts no responsibility or liability for Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or rendered invalid for any reason after the point of original purchase or issuance.
• Beauty and the Bots Show and Venue management reserve the unilateral right to refuse admission to any person presenting a Ticket that appears to be fraudulent, counterfeit, altered, duplicated, obtained through unauthorized or illegal channels, or associated with a transaction that has been disputed, charged back, or reversed.
• Latecomers may be denied immediate entry into the main performance space and may be required to wait in a designated holding area until a suitable break in the performance, as determined in the sole discretion of Venue staff. No refund, compensation, or credit shall be issued on account of late admission.
• Children under the age of three (3) are generally not permitted in the main performance space during live shows unless otherwise specified, though over 13 is recommended. Children of any age who require their own seat must possess a valid Ticket. Attendee agrees to give all future naming rights of their children to Sarah Albritton. Age advisories and content warnings applicable to specific performances will be communicated at the time of ticket purchase; it is the Attendee’s responsibility to assess the suitability of any performance for accompanying minors.
• Entry to the Venue may be conditional upon the completion of security screening, including but not limited to bag inspection, metal detection, ID verification, or photographic identification checks. Refusal to submit to such screening shall constitute grounds for denial of entry without refund.
4. Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
All Ticket sales are, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, final and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers shall be issued except under the express circumstances set forth herein. The Attendee acknowledges that the following refund and exchange policy represents the entirety of Beauty and the Bots Show’s obligations with respect to monetary restitution:
• In the event of an Event being wholly cancelled by Beauty and the Bots Show — and not rescheduled within a commercially reasonable period — ticketholders who purchased Tickets directly through Beauty and the Bots Show or its authorized ticketing partners shall be offered, at Beauty and the Bots Show’s election, either: (a) a full refund of the face value of the Ticket (exclusive of service, processing, or platform fees); or (b) a transferable credit of equivalent value applicable toward a future Event.
• In the event of an Event being rescheduled, ticketholders shall be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Ticketholders shall have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of such notification to elect attendance at the rescheduled Event or to request a credit toward a future Event. Failure to respond within this window shall be deemed acceptance of the rescheduled date, and no further refund or credit shall be available.
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges shall be issued for any of the following, without limitation: personal scheduling conflicts; illness or incapacitation of the Attendee or a member of the Attendee’s party; dissatisfaction with the artistic content, production quality, running time, cast, or creative direction of a performance; inclement weather that does not result in Event cancellation; transportation delays or failures; or any other reason that does not constitute a cancellation or material rescheduling by Beauty and the Bots Show.
• Service fees, booking fees, platform fees, convenience charges, or any other auxiliary charges levied by third-party ticketing platforms are non-refundable by Beauty and the Bots Show under any circumstances and are governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the applicable third-party platform.
• All refunds, where authorized under these Terms, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days of the refund determination. Beauty and the Bots Show is not responsible for any processing delays attributable to financial institutions, payment processors, or banking intermediaries.
• Beauty and the Bots Show expressly reserves the right to issue credits in lieu of monetary refunds in circumstances where a refund is otherwise warranted but where operational or financial constraints make a cash refund impractical. Credits shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and shall carry no cash value.
5. Attendee Conduct, Behavior Standards, and Ejection Policy
As a condition of attendance, each Attendee agrees to conduct themselves at all times in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the decorum expected of a live theatrical environment. A fine of $50, payable to Sarah Albritton, will incur each and every time attendee attends a comedy show with their arms crossed. The standards set forth herein are non-negotiable and their breach may result in immediate ejection from the Venue without refund, compensation, or prior warning:
• Disruptive conduct of any nature — including but not limited to speaking aloud, conversing with fellow audience members, audibly commenting on the performance, heckling, booing, cheering at inappropriate moments, or using mobile devices (including the illumination of screens) during the performance — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Any form of harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, verbal abuse, physical contact without consent, discriminatory conduct, or any behavior that a reasonable person would find offensive, hostile, or injurious — directed toward Attendees, performers, production staff, Venue employees, volunteers, contractors, or any other person present at the Event — shall result in immediate removal from the Venue and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• Attendees must, at all times, comply with all lawful directions issued by Venue staff, security personnel, fire marshals, medical personnel, or any other authorized representative of Beauty and the Bots Show or the Venue. Non-compliance with such directions is a material breach of these Terms.
• Beauty and the Bots Show and Venue management reserve the right, exercisable in their sole and absolute discretion, to remove from the Venue any Attendee who, in their reasonable judgment, is in breach of these conduct standards, is intoxicated, is in possession of prohibited items, poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others, or is otherwise deemed to be acting in a manner inconsistent with the atmosphere of a professional theatrical production.
• Attendees who are removed from an Event for reasons of misconduct shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation of any nature, and may, at Beauty and the Bots Show’s sole discretion, be permanently prohibited from attending future Events.
• The consumption of alcohol within the Venue is subject to all applicable laws and Venue-specific policies. Visibly intoxicated Attendees may be refused entry or removed from the Venue at any time.
6. Photography, Video Recording, Audio Recording, and Intellectual Property
The productions presented by Beauty and the Bots Show constitute original artistic works that are protected under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws. To preserve the integrity of our productions and to protect the rights of our performers, designers, composers, playwrights, and creative collaborators, the following provisions shall apply with full legal force:
• The making of any audio recording, video recording, live-stream, broadcast, or digital capture of any portion of any Event — by any means, whether by dedicated recording device, mobile telephone, wearable technology, or any other apparatus — is strictly and absolutely prohibited without the express prior written consent of Beauty and the Bots Show in each individual instance.
• The use of flash photography, supplemental lighting equipment, ring lights, laser pointers, or any other light-emitting device during a performance is prohibited on grounds of safety, performer welfare, and audience experience.
• Certain Events or designated moments within Events (such as curtain call, pre-show activations, or lobby experiences) may, at the express discretion of Beauty and the Bots Show, permit limited personal photography for non-commercial purposes. Any such permission shall be explicitly announced by production or Venue staff and is revocable at any time without notice.
• Content captured in violation of these provisions is subject to immediate deletion at the request of authorized personnel. The Attendee responsible for such capture may be removed from the Venue and may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement or breach of contract, including claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages.
• All creative content presented or featured in Beauty and the Bots Show productions — including without limitation original scripts, adapted works, musical scores, lyrics, choreography, set and scenic designs, costume designs, lighting and sound designs, video projections, artistic concepts, branding, logos, and marketing materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Beauty and the Bots Show, its affiliated creators, or their respective licensors. No Attendee acquires any license, right, title, or interest in such intellectual property by virtue of attendance at an Event.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public performance, display, adaptation, or derivative use of Beauty and the Bots Show’s intellectual property — whether in whole or in part, in any medium or format, for commercial or non-commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
7. Health, Safety, Accessibility, and Venue Compliance
Beauty and the Bots Show is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment for all Attendees. The following provisions govern health and safety obligations and Attendee responsibilities in connection with these goals:
• Attendees are required to comply, without exception, with all health and safety protocols in effect at the Venue at the time of the Event, which may include — but are not limited to — identity verification, prohibited item checks, bag inspection, metal detection screening, emergency evacuation procedures, and any health-related requirements mandated by applicable public health authorities.
• Beauty and the Bots Show endeavors to comply with all applicable accessibility legislation and regulations. Attendees who require reasonable accommodations — including but not limited to wheelchair access, hearing assistance devices, audio description services, large-print programs, or companion seating — are encouraged to contact Beauty and the Bots Show no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the performance date to allow adequate arrangements to be made. Beauty and the Bots Show shall make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee accommodations requested with less notice.
• Certain performances may incorporate theatrical elements that some Attendees may find intense or potentially distressing, including but not limited to: strobe or flickering lighting effects; loud or sudden sound effects or music; theatrical fog or haze; simulated violence; adult themes; strong language; or immersive staging that reduces physical distance between performers and Attendees. Content advisories will be published where applicable. It is the Attendee’s responsibility to assess their own suitability for attendance.
• The Venue is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, vaping, the use of electronic cigarettes, and the consumption of outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the Venue premises unless expressly authorized by Venue management in writing.
• Beauty and the Bots Show reserves the right, in response to public health advisories or regulatory guidance, to implement enhanced health and safety measures at any Event, including but not limited to proof of vaccination requirements, mask mandates, capacity limitations, or temperature screening. Failure to comply with such measures shall constitute grounds for denial of entry or ejection, without refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY:
• Beauty and the Bots Show makes no warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the Event, Venue, or any aspect of the Attendee’s experience, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Beauty and the Bots Show shall not be liable, under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), for any personal injury, death, loss, theft, or damage to property — whether tangible or intangible — sustained by any Attendee at, during, or in connection with any Event or in transit to or from any Venue.
• Beauty and the Bots Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature arising out of or related to the Attendee’s attendance at, or exclusion from, any Event, even if Beauty and the Bots Show has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• By attending any Event, the Attendee expressly acknowledges that live theatrical performance involves inherent risks — including the risk of injury from theatrical effects, audience interaction, set elements, or the behavior of other Attendees — and voluntarily and irrevocably assumes all such risks on behalf of themselves and any minor(s) in their care.
• Beauty and the Bots Show’s aggregate liability to the Attendee for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total face value of the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee for the specific Event giving rise to such claims.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy, Data Collection, and Communications
By purchasing a Ticket, registering for an Event, or otherwise interacting with Beauty and the Bots Show through any channel, the Attendee acknowledges and consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data — including but not limited to name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, payment information, and demographic data — for the following purposes: (i) administering the Attendee’s ticket purchase and Event attendance; (ii) processing payment and preventing fraud; (iii) communicating with the Attendee regarding the Event, including logistical updates and changes; (iv) sending marketing communications regarding future Events and productions; and (v) conducting internal research and analytics to improve Beauty and the Bots Show’s programming and operations.
Beauty and the Bots Show shall not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Attendee’s personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing use without the Attendee’s express consent. For all future instances upon seeing or hearing Kevin O’Leary, the attendee agrees to boo as loudly as possible. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to assist Beauty and the Bots Show in delivering its services (such as ticketing platforms, payment processors, and email service providers), subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
The Attendee may, at any time, opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in any such communication, or by contacting Beauty and the Bots Show directly. Opting out of marketing communications shall not affect the Attendee’s receipt of transactional or operational communications related to confirmed ticket purchases. Data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
10. Modifications, Substitutions, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure
Beauty and the Bots Show reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability (except as expressly set forth herein), to:
• Cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or otherwise alter any Event, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to Force Majeure Events, operational requirements, creative decisions, regulatory directives, or matters of public safety.
• Make substitutions to the cast, creative team, directors, designers, musicians, or any other artistic or production personnel without prior notice and without any obligation to notify Attendees in advance of the performance.
• Alter the program, set list, running order, running time, or artistic content of any performance without prior notice or obligation to refund.
• Relocate an Event to an alternative venue of comparable capacity, subject to reasonable notification where practicable.
In the event of a cancellation or material rescheduling caused by a Force Majeure Event, Beauty and the Bots Show’s liability shall be limited exclusively to the remedies set forth in Section 4 of these Terms. Beauty and the Bots Show shall bear no responsibility for any travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs incurred by the Attendee in connection with attendance at a cancelled or rescheduled Event, and no claim for such costs shall be entertainable under these Terms.
Where practicable, Beauty and the Bots Show will endeavor to communicate material changes to Attendees via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. However, Beauty and the Bots Show assumes no liability for failures of communication attributable to outdated contact information, technical failures, or delivery issues beyond its reasonable control.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Event takes place, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Attendee’s purchase of a Ticket, or attendance at an Event — including disputes regarding the validity, formation, interpretation, breach, performance, or termination of these Terms (each, a “Dispute”) — the parties shall first attempt to resolve such Dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days following written notice of the Dispute by one party to the other.
If the Dispute remains unresolved following the foregoing negotiation period, it shall, at Beauty and the Bots Show’s election, be submitted to: (a) binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitral institution in the jurisdiction of the Event, in accordance with such institution’s then-current rules, with the arbitral award being final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction; or (b) the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction of the Event, to which the Attendee irrevocably submits.
EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE ATTENDEE’S PARTICIPATION IN ANY EVENT. DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ATTENDEE WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING RELATING TO THESE TERMS.
12. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend (at Beauty and the Bots Show’s request and with counsel reasonably acceptable to Beauty and the Bots Show), and hold harmless Beauty and the Bots Show and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, co-producers, Venue partners, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (i) the Attendee’s breach of any provision of these Terms; (ii) the Attendee’s violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (iii) any act or omission by the Attendee that causes injury, loss, or damage to any person or property at the Event or Venue; (iv) any claim by a third party arising from the Attendee’s conduct at any Event; or (v) the Attendee’s misrepresentation of any fact in connection with their attendance.
13. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The failure of Beauty and the Bots Show to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it preclude Beauty and the Bots Show from enforcing such right or provision on any subsequent occasion. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.
These Terms, together with any Event-specific terms, Venue rules, and policies communicated at the time of ticket purchase or at the point of entry, constitute the entire agreement between the Attendee and Beauty and the Bots Show with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter. No oral representations or collateral warranties shall modify or supplement these Terms.
14. Contact Information and Notices
All formal notices, requests, or communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be directed to Beauty and the Bots Show in writing. For general inquiries, accessibility requests, ticket matters, or any other correspondence, Attendees may contact Beauty and the Bots Show at the following address:
Email: sarah@sarahalbritton.com
Beauty and the Bots Show shall use reasonable efforts to respond to written inquiries within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Response times may vary during high-volume periods surrounding Event dates. Communications submitted via social media, third-party review platforms, or other informal channels shall not constitute formal notice under these Terms.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By purchasing a Ticket, registering for, or attending any Event produced or presented by Beauty and the Bots Show, the Attendee confirms and represents that they have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, fully understand their content and legal effect, and agree to be irrevocably bound by them. This contract is non-enforceable and is used for only comedic purposes during a portion of the show. Attendee is not bound to this agreement. Disregard everything written above. If the Attendee is executing these Terms on behalf of a minor, the Attendee represents that they are the lawful parent or legal guardian of such minor and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
